“Just what you want to find in a brick and mortar (which it actually is made of) store. Good selection, knowledgeable staff and good pricing. If you are a DYI person they can offer advice. If you are working w/ a contractor, they know most of them and are happy to interact with them too. We have bought patio products, lighting and most recently fireplace inserts, all of which were good quality. Not just look like good quality like in the cheaper box stores or on-lines. The staff gives you space but is there if you ask them for help. Not sure where the “nose in the air” comments come from. I’ve never felt anything like that and been going since back when we hardly had a pot to pee in.” – Rodney M.
